Q.  Are you fully insured for liability and workers compensation?

A.  Yes.  Gero Solutions carries general business liability insurance, workers compensation insurance, and bond insurance.

Q.  How do you charge?

A.  Gero Solutions provides you with a written proposal which outlines each task to be accomplished and the costs related.  This is part of the written contract.

Q.  Will you provide me with a written contract?

A.  Yes.  Gero Solutions provides two original copies of its proposal/contract prior to any service being offered.  Customers can choose what services best meet their needs.

Q.  Can you provide me with references?

A.  Yes, Gero Solutions would be happy to provide customer references as well as references from senior communities.
